As a teacher of self-love, one of the questions I get asked the most is: “what does loving ourselves actually mean?” This was also the same question I asked The Universe after Source told me that the key to happiness and health was to ‘love myself‘ during my Near Death Experience in 2005. What I discovered during my mystical healing journey after my NDE is that loving ourselves is far more than what we’ve been taught in society. It’s more than self-care and self-adoration. It’s a way of being, and it’s the key to our wellbeing. Without it, our lives, nor our bodies, can or will work at their best.
