[vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][vc_column_text disable_pattern=”false” align=”left” margin_bottom=”0″]“I am enough,” is a radical belief.

Believe it anyway.

We live in a society today that insists on constantly telling us through the messaging of our institutions that we are not enough somehow – that we will never be, do or have enough. To choose to believe otherwise, and to embrace our enoughness full on, is a radical act. And it is absolutely necessary, if we are going to live well.

Enough: [ih-nuhf] adjective:

Equal to what is needed; sufficient for the purpose or to satisfy the desire or expectation.”

I am…

Enough to be loved.

Enough to be seen.

Enough to deserve better.

Enough to heal.

Enough to succeed.

Enough to thrive.

Enough to feel beautiful.

Enough to feel sexy.

Enough to be lovable.

Enough to show up, and be seen.

Enough to be wanted.

Enough to be here.

Get in front of the mirror everyday, look yourself in the eyes, and affirm: “I am enough.”

Say it until you feel it in your cells.

Say it until it runs through your veins like blood.

Say it until it breathes through you like oxygen.

Say it until you start to believe it.

Say it until you start to live it, once and for all.

I am enough.

The ultimate and radical truth.

❤, JB.

P.S. [This is a picture of me I took at the Wisdom 2.0 conference a few years ago. At first, I didn’t like it. My eyes were closed, my grin was too big, etc. But now, every time I look at it I see the perfection in it, and in me, just as it is, just as I am. And I smile, and feel grateful and whole. And isn’t that what being enough is all about anyways? ]
