The other day, I received an inbox message from someone on a gay dating app I use, and it stopped me in my tracks. It was definitely a moment of awareness for me around just how much I’ve healed around feeling worthy and deserving, and I also knew I HAD to do a video about this in this challenge.

I definitely wasn’t planning for this to be today’s video, but I just couldn’t let this day pass and not talk about this.
