One of the questions I’m often asked when I speak to an audience about healing, is: “If healing is so simple, why doesn’t everyone do it? Why don’t most people heal?”
There are several answers to this, but one of them is that thought the principle of healing is quite simple, the practice of it is not easy.
Simple does not always equate to easy.
Healing requires us to do some things that can be quite challenging to our behavior and belief patterns, and often people try to subvert these challenges, instead of face them head on.
In today’s video of this series, I discuss why healing is simple, but not always easy, and what the challenges are we have to face in order to truly heal ourselves.
