When I’m suffering, I need everything that’s not suffering to heal.

I need to go to the places in my life where laughter is abundant, love is abundant, well-being is abundant, and drink until I fill myself up. I need to sit with friends and put my feet up on the couch, and binge watch episodes of Family Guy, while we laugh and joke and hug each other tight until I remember that I’m loved, and that where I am is enough, and that it’s OK to trust Life again.

When we’re suffering, healing only comes from spaces of ease, and love.

When I’m feeling broken, I need everything that’s not broken to heal.

I need to go sit at my mom’s house, and eat her famous spaghetti, and let her weave her strength into me as she kisses me on the forehead, and tells me the stories of what she loves most about me until I can remember that I’m safe and whole.

Only whole spaces heal broken parts; only well-being can heal struggle.

When we’re experiencing struggle and/or feeling broken, we must go to the places in our lives of higher vibration until we can get the Light we need to allow our healing to take place. The places where we most feel loved, and held, and nourished.

Whether we have these spaces already, or need to create them for ourselves, our healing deeply depends on it.

Demands it.

Only whole spaces heal.

Only whole spaces can gently rock us back into the memory that we are already whole.

When you’re hurting, go to the most whole space available to you, and let it heal you.
