Hey Divine One,

I’m excited to introduce “The Well Being Sessions”! These sessions are a series of conversations between myself and spiritual teachers, thought leaders, wellness experts, and healers around the world on what it actually takes to be a “well being.”

What a treat to have my first session with Dr. Robert Holden himself (like seriously, I LOVE THIS MAN’S WORK). Robert and I had such a profound conversation on self-love and it’s relationship to well-being that I just had to share it with you – even though it seems I made a mistake and recorded this interview with the trial version of ecamm, AND the last part of the video seems to have been cut off…YIKES! Even still, this conversation was delicious, and no matter where you are along your spiritual journey, I can promise you this interview will have some nuggets of wisdom for you. ENJOY!
